I always knew I wanted to work in healthcare, and psychology became the perfect path to understanding minds, emotions, and behaviors. My journey has taken me through hospitals, schools, and mental health advocacy, where I’ve worked as a counsellor, content creator, research assistant, and educator.

I believe therapy isn’t just about talking, it’s about learning, unlearning, and taking action.

My sessions are rooted in a Rogerian approach, creating a space where you feel heard, accepted, and empowered. To help you make meaningful changes, I integrate tools from Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Emotional Freedom Techniques (EFT), and mind-body exercises that focus on mindfulness and relaxation.

An interactive and engaging hour where you can expect skill building exercises, reflective activities, and take home tools to apply therapy beyond the session.
