Not everyone heals the same way.
Some people process their emotions better through structured techniques, while others need creativity to express what words can’t. That’s why I use two different but equally effective approaches in therapy.
Expressive Arts Therapy
CBT, DBT & Behavior Therapy
Sometimes, talking about emotions isn’t enough or even possible.
That’s where Expressive Arts Therapy comes in. Through painting, movement, drama, music, or storytelling, we tap into emotions that feel too heavy or tangled to put into words. It’s not just “art” it’s a science backed way to process trauma, anxiety, and emotional blocks.
Think of it like this: instead of explaining what you’re feeling, you show it. And in doing so, you start to understand yourself better.
If you need a more structured approach, I also work with Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Behavior Therapy. These methods help you:
✔ Break negative thought patterns
✔ Manage overwhelming emotions
✔ Develop coping strategies that actually work in daily life
This works well for issues like depression, anxiety, personality disorders, and emotional regulation.
